What Is Piles Of Haemorrhoids?
These are dilated haemorrhoidal venous plexus in anal canal. These are divided in to internal piles (or) external piles
What Are The Symptoms Of Piles?
- Bleeding : During defecation is major symptom of haemorrhoid. Fresh bleeding present mostly without any pain
- Pain : Pain mostly absent in haemorrhoids, but may present when haemorrhoids are associated with other diseases like fissure,
- fistula etc and when it get inflamed or strangulated.
- Prolapse : Prolapse means coming out of anus during defecation. It has grade or degree according to level of prolapsed.
- 1st DEGREE : It is just bulge and remains inside the anal canal only
- 2nd DEGREE : In this case haemorrhoids comes outside of anus during defecation and goes inside after the defecation itself.
- 3rd DEGREE : These does not reduce by itself, it has to be reduced after defecation.
- 4th DEGREE : It remains always outside. The anal canal and may get strangulated.
